5-DAY VIP EXPERIENCE

This VIP Package will get you up close and personal with the culinary innovators for all 5 evenings of this week-long event.

Each night you will be greeted with a special welcome at your preferred seating time and special access to the culinary experience. You will also be invited to join us on Sunday evening for our exclusive Chartreuse & Champagne Reception with Chef Ryan and the Bresca Team. A tote bag filled with "Big Duck Energy"  will commemorate your experience with personalized souvenir menus, photo keepsakes, and extra treats.

The dinners will take place for 5 consecutive nights from Wednesday, September 21st – Sunday, September 25th.  Here is the lineup:

 

Wednesday, September 21 – The Dabney, Washington, D.C.  Chef Jeremiah Langhorne is known for championing the best products of the Chesapeake area and honing Mid-Atlantic flavors in his plates.  His flagship, The Dabney, has gained international recognition and has been bestowed a Michelin star in the past 4 years. Expect Chef Ryan and Chef Jeremiah to cook at the whim of the best locally sourced ingredients.  Without a doubt, this will be a meal that fully represents the region we are in.

 

Thursday, September 22 – Boka, Chicago, IL.  Chef Lee Wolen helms the kitchen of renowned Michelin starred Boka, in Chicago.  For the past 18 years, this venue has been recognized as one of the most iconic restaurants in the city for serving seasonal American food centered on beautiful ingredients and expertly executed preparations.  The combination of Chef Ryan and Chef Lee’s vision for distinctive dish combinations will surely create one of the more unique and timeless meals of all time for guests.

 

Friday, September 23 – The Modern, New York, NY.  The Modern is a two Michelin starred contemporary American restaurant founded by Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group.  Located at the center of Manhattan’s Museum of Modern Art, the kitchen is spearheaded by Chef Thomas Allan whose refined and playful dishes emphasize the seasonality of dishes. Because at Bresca is a concept born out of Chef Ryan’s passion for the bounties of earth, this dinner promises to be a delightful experience with every single ingredient being presented at its prime.

 

 Saturday, September 24 – Alo, Toronto, Canada.  Alo is Chef Patrick Kriss’s fine-dining flagship restaurant located in Toronto, Canada.  Chef Ryan and Chef Kriss share the same values when it comes to making luxuries approachable to guests while simultaneously elevating time-honored French techniques.  Expect this experience to be classic, elegant, perhaps with a touch of Japanese influence, and completely memorable.

 

 Sunday, September 25 – Bresca’s 2017 Remix.  For this experience, guests can anticipate an exciting repertoire of original dishes, cocktails, and team members making a nostalgic, surprising, and enjoyable comeback!
