5 Year Anniversary Dinner

It's finally here! We're celebrating our 5th Anniversary by presenting to you a high-caliber dining series unlike any other! Chef Ryan Ratino will be teaming up with four internationally acclaimed chefs to create some unique dinners rooted in shared values. These collaborations promise to bring a one-of-a-kind program showcasing exceptional culinary knowledge and the most astounding products from an array of world terroirs.

The dinners will take place for four consecutive nights starting Wednesday, September 21st through Saturday, September 24th with a culminating 5th night, the "2017 Remix: A Retrospective Dinner" on Sunday the 25th in a full-on dining celebration!

The Dabney, Washington, D.C.  

Chef Jeremiah Langhorne is known for championing the best products of the Chesapeake area and honing Mid-Atlantic flavors in his plates.  His flagship, The Dabney, has gained international recognition and has been bestowed a Michelin star in the past 4 years. Expect Chef Ryan and Chef Jeremiah to cook at the whim of the best locally sourced ingredients.  Without a doubt, this will be a meal that fully represents the region we are in.

Thursday, September 22

Boka, Chicago, IL

Chef Lee Wolen helms the kitchen of renowned Michelin-starred Boka, in Chicago.  For the past 18 years, this venue has been recognized as one of the most iconic restaurants in the city for serving seasonal American food centered on beautiful ingredients and expertly executed preparations.  The combination of Chef Ryan and Chef Lee’s vision for distinctive dish combinations will surely create one of the more unique and timeless meals of all time for guests.

Friday, September 23

The Modern, New York, NY

The Modern is a 2-Michelin starred contemporary American restaurant founded by Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group.  Located at the center of Manhattan’s Museum of Modern Art, the kitchen is spearheaded by Chef Thomas Allan whose refined and playful dishes emphasize the seasonality of dishes. Because at Bresca is a concept born out of Chef Ryan’s passion for the bounties of earth, this dinner promises to be a delightful experience with every single ingredient being presented at its prime.

Saturday, September 24

Alo, Toronto, Canada  

Alo is Chef Patrick Kriss’s fine-dining flagship restaurant located in Toronto, Canada.  Chef Ryan and Chef Kriss share the same values when it comes to making luxuries approachable to guests while simultaneously elevating time-honored French techniques.  Expect this experience to be classic, elegant, perhaps with a touch of Japanese influence, and completely memorable.

"The Remix" Bresca’s 2017 Retrospective Dinner

For this experience, guests can anticipate an exciting repertoire of original dishes, cocktails, and team members making a nostalgic, surprising, and enjoyable comeback!
