Formerly a club promoter and an aspiring tennis player, this world traveler has found his true passion in the kitchen. A graduate from L’Academie de Cuisine in Bethedsa, MD, Austin has worked at some of DC’s finest restaurants including Jr. Sous Chef at Ripple, Sous Chef at Masa 14 as well as the Virginia staple L’Auberge Provençale.  

He is a pastry genius who steps out of his comfort zone to create great diner experiences.  You’ll find his pastry techniques built into his day to day thought process making an adventure out of every meal.
